Ocean View Dining – Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During restocks or special releases, processing may take longer. We'll update estimated dates at checkout.
2. Order Confirmation

You’ll receive an email once your payment is processed.

After the order ships, you’ll get a second email with tracking information, if available.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
At checkout, you’ll see real-time shipping costs and delivery estimates based on your location. Estimates are provided by carriers and may vary. Delays due to customs, weather, or local holidays aren’t within our control.
4. Domestic Shipping (Canada – based in Winnipeg, MB)

Standard: 5–8 business days

Expedited: 2–4 business days

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 12 PM CST (fee applies; only in Winnipeg).
5. International Shipping

Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on customs and destination.

Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and any customs fees. These are not included in shipping quotes.
6. Order Tracking & Claims

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed.

If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, contact us within 30 days so we can assist.

For missing or significantly delayed packages, file a claim with the carrier—but also reach out to us so we can support the process.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, notify us within 30 days of delivery via oceanviewdining@oceanviewdining.us.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

We’ll send replacements or issue refunds as needed.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Email oceanviewdining@oceanviewdining.us promptly.

After 24 hours, we may not be able to stop fulfillment or adjust your order.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These aren’t included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Ocean View Dining does not reimburse these charges.
