At Ocean View Dining, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — quickly, fairly, and with options that work for you.

1. Item Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing?

You’re completely covered. If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or not as described, we’ll make it right with one of the following:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free replacement (your choice)

To qualify:

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 8–10 business days once approved.

2. Doesn’t Fit or Changed Your Mind?

No problem — we’ve got you covered.

You can choose between:

  • A store credit (minus a 20% restocking fee), or

  • A 50% off code to repurchase the correct item

This helps us keep prices affordable and minimize unnecessary return shipping waste.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and reported within 30 days of delivery.

3. Shipping & Delivery Delays

Most orders ship from our U.S. warehouses, and standard delivery usually takes 6–11 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

If your package hasn’t arrived after 90 days, it’s considered lost, and you’re eligible for a full refund or replacement.

For delays under 90 days, we’ll continue to monitor your shipment and work with our carriers, but refunds can only be processed if that 90-day window has passed.

4. What’s Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

To stay fair and consistent for everyone, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Minor color or pattern variations due to screen differences

  • Items that match the ordered size but don’t fit personal preference

  • Style or subjective concerns (e.g., “didn’t like the look”)

  • Orders reported after the 30-day window
